About HBAWS | General Membership Meeting Reservation Policy

Unless otherwise indicated, HBAWS association events are for members only.

Reservations for general membership meetings can be taken up through 11 a.m. the Friday prior to a Tuesday meeting. After this point, the HBA of Winston-Salem will no longer accept any advance reservations.

There are a limited number of walk-in reservations available the night of the meeting. Any member interested in attending the meeting as a walk-in reservation is encouraged to arrive as close to 6:00 p.m. (start of the social hour) as possible to ensure they are able to get in.
