Remodelors Council Members
What is the Winston-Salem Remodelors Council?
Recognizing the need for consumer education and protection in the area of home remodeling, the Home
Builders Association of Winston-Salem in 1986 formed the Remodelors Council. One of the primary
purposes of the council is to provide the consumer with a dependable service through which one
can locate quality remodeling firms with reputable backgrounds. The Council's membership is limited
to firms who are licensed builders or associate members of the HBA of Winston-Salem who have proven their
dependability and trustworthiness through time in business and customer satisfaction. As members of the
prestigious National Association of Home Builders, National Remodelors Council, and the Home Builders Association
of Winston-Salem, the council members have proven themselves to the public as dependable persons. All
members subscribe not only to the Home Builder Code of Ethics, but also the Remodelor Code of Ethics.
The Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem Remodelors Council offers the consumer mediation through
the Better Business Bureau should there be any conflicts between the remodelor and the consumer. When you are considering
a remodeling project large or small, look for a firm who is a member of the Home Builders Association
Remodelors Council ... Craftsmen You Can Trust.
