• Travel By-Pass I-40 West, Exit Hanes Mall Blvd. Turn right.
• Turn left on Silas Creek Parkway (Forsyth Hospital will be in front of you at this light)
• Take the Stratford Road (Hwy 158) exit and at the top of the ramp turn left at the stop light.
• Turn left onto Executive Park Blvd. (First road on left)
• Stay on Executive Park Blvd. until it dead ends into Charlois Blvd.
• Turn left onto Charlois and it will circle to the left.
• Our office is on the right, 220 Charlois Blvd.

From Charlotte:

• Take I-77 North
• Travel I-40 East
• You will see exit signs for Clemmons, stay straight on I-40 for approx. another 3 miles.
• Continue on BUSINESS I-40 and stay in the right lane.
• Take the 1st Silas Creek Parkway exit towards Forsyth Memorial Hospital.
• After taking that exit, stay in the exit lane and exit onto Stratford Road.
• At the top of the exit, turn left onto Stratford Road.
• Continue over the bridge then turn left onto Executive Park Blvd.
• Stay on Executive Park Blvd. until it dead ends into Charlois Blvd.
• Turn left onto Charlois and it will circle to the left.
